In it, he merely mentions the difference of opinion and the relevant proofs in this regard, without favoring any of the presented views, for this is a study aimed at a group of specialized scholars, each of whom can favor a certain view based on the proof he adopts. The book is divided into four chapters: the blood money for a free Muslim, the blood money for someone from the People of the Book, the blood money for a Magian, the blood money for the disbelievers other than the People of the Book and the Magians.
