This book was handwritten by the Shaykh (may Allah have mercy upon him) in 1396 AH, and it contains a treatise clarifying many of the rulings related to Ud-hiyah (sacrificial animal). It presents the definition of Ud-hiyah, its ruling and conditions, what should be eaten thereof and what should be distributed, and what should be avoided by someone intending to offer Ud-hiyah. Indeed, Ud-hiyah is one of the rites of Islam and a great act of worship with which Allah has associated prayer and whose merit is reported in the Sunnah. The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) was persistent in offering Ud-hiyah. The book also talks about animal slaughter and its conditions and etiquettes, as well as the disliked things in connection to it.
