This book contains the Tafsīr of Surat ash-Shu‘arā’ in which the Shaykh points out the proofs therein about the oneness of Allah Almighty, the warning from the Hereafter, and the belief in the divine revelation sent down to the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him). The Surah also mentions the past nations and the prophets and messengers sent to them. In his Tafsīr of this Surah, the Shaykh referred to the Jalālayn Tafsīr and discussed its content. He tackled the meanings and rulings contained in the verses and derived therefrom ample lessons in different fields of knowledge. The Tafsīr of this Surah was given by the Shaykh (may Allah have mercy upon him) during the daytime academic lessons that he used to give at his mosque in ‘Unayzah during the summer holidays.
