The book comprises academic and methodical benefits in terms of understanding the science of Hadīth and facilitating its pursuit. The commentary was given during the academic lessons that the Shaykh used to hold at his mosque in ‘Unayzah. The first edition of the book was a transcription of the recorded tapes. Then, the Shaykh revised it and made the necessary additions and omissions.
