This book is a brief commentary on the book Bulūgh al-Marām min Adillat al-Ahkām for Al-Hāfizh Ibn Hajar al-‘Asqalāni (d. 852 AH). Two commentaries were audio-recorded. The first commentary began in 1401 AH at ‘Umar ibn al-Khattāb Mosque, Ad-Dulay‘ah, ‘Unayzah, and the second one commenced in 1417 AH at the Shaykh’s mosque in ‘Unayzah. The second commentary is broader and more comprehensive. That is why it has been chosen for preparation. The additions and benefits existing in the first commentary were added to this one. The Shaykh explained the Hadīths in this book in a brief manner, then mentioned the lessons to be derived therefrom in a clear and easy manner and this is of concern to Muslims in terms of their worship and dealings.
