Inheritance Made Easy

This book was handwritten by the Shaykh (may Allah have mercy upon him). In it, he explained the key issues related to inheritance, which occur in the relevant Qur’anic verses about the inheritance of ascendants, descendants, husband and wife, half siblings, etc. He initially talked about the science of inheritance and the related rights and then presented the causes and impediments of inheritance, defining those who inherit a fixed share, those who inherit by Ta‘sīb (paternal relation without entitlement to a fixed share), and those who are screened from inheriting. There is also a section on maternal relatives, the calculation of cases involving fixed shares, the division of inheritance, and the inheritance of special cases such as the effeminate, the missing, and those who died; drowning or under a collapsed building.
