This book contains Fatwas of concern to every Muslim, man and woman, with regard to the rulings on Hajj and ‘Umrah, like the necessity of having the intention of performing Hajj or ‘Umrah and assuming Ihrām from the Miqāts, and clearing the confusion over wearing stitched clothing; and the rulings related to Tawāf and Sa‘y (walk between Safa and Marwah), the Day of ‘Arafah, and the Days of Tashrīq (11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah), as well as other important rulings concerning the etiquettes of visiting the Sacred Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque. The book was compiled from the Shaykh’s Fatwas and meetings, and it was arranged in an accurate way to achieve the desired benefit.
