This book talks about knowledge and its merits, the ruling on its pursuit, the etiquettes to be observed in this process, the means that help one seek it, and the ways of doing so. It also mentions the mistakes that should be avoided by knowledge seekers and the books they need. Moreover, the book presents Fatwas on knowledge and various benefits therein. Then, it offers eight messages about: good manners; scholarly difference; memorizing, reciting, and learning the Book of Allah; warning of envy; the danger of falsely attributing words to scholars; clarifying the right stance towards scholars; and the danger and harm of disunity. The content of this book was compiled from the Shaykh’s meetings and speeches in this regard.
