It also demonstrates the ruling regarding those who abandon prayer and points out the conditions of prayer and the manner of prayer as reported from the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him), as well as the pillars and obligatory elements of prayer. Then, the book mentions two great rules on the merit of performing the Sunnah over doing lots of other deeds, and the acts of worship reported in certain ways and they can be performed in all ways. Thereafter, the book tackles Khushū‘ (humility and focus) in prayer and how to make up for any deficiency in the performance of prayer - in addition to some rulings related to the Funeral prayer.
