"Mukhtasar al-Tahrīr" has complex phrases, so His Eminence the Shaykh (may Allah have mercy upon him) clarified and simplified them to the seekers of knowledge and provided parables and discussions so as to make it easier to understand this book properly and benefit from it. The commentary was given during the audio-recorded lessons held by the Shaykh at his mosque in ‘Unayzah in 1409 AH. He reached the part of the rulings on conveying Hadīths by the meaning.
