This book contains the poem composed by the erudite Shaykh to include the key rules and general regulations established by the scholars on the fundamentals of Fiqh. It consists of 103 verses composed in a distinguished and smooth manner. Yet, due to the Shaykh’s other numerous beneficial occupations, parts of this poem were not completed. He provided a commentary on this poem three times: In 1415 AH, during the audio-recorded lessons he used to hold at his mosque in ‘Unayzah; in 1419 AH, via the telephone to the Mosque of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah in Riyadh; and the third commentary was a brief one. Since the first commentary is more comprehensive, it was deemed as original, and the additions and benefits existing in the other two commentaries were added thereto.
