Through it, the reader gets acquainted with a host of comprehensive rules and principles and general regulations in this field of knowledge, as adopted by the scholars. It combines the scattered elements and forms a sound basis, opening broad vistas for the seekers of knowledge in terms of application and Takhrīj and enabling them to understand the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him). His commentary was delivered during the audio-recorded academic lessons that he gave at his mosque in ‘Unayzah, 1407 AH.
