This book comprises a commentary on the book "Al-Qawā‘id wa al-Usūl al-Jāmi‘ah wa al-Furūq wa al-Taqāsīm al-Badī‘ah al-Nāfi‘ah" by His Eminence the erudite Shaykh ‘Abdur-Rahmān ibn Sa‘di (d. 1376 AH), as our Shaykh (may Allah have mercy upon him) used to urge his students to obtain an ample amount of knowledge of the fundamentals and rules whereby they can consider religious matters in a sound and focused manner. This commentary was given during the audio-recorded lessons held at his mosque in ‘Unayzah in 1418 AH.
