This book is a commentary on his handwritten book Usūl fī at-Tafsīr, and the Shaykh tackled it on numerous occasions, explaining, commenting on, and approving it during his various academic classes. However, only two commentaries among these were audio-recorded. The first was in 1416 AH, and the second in 1419 AH, as part of the academic lessons that he used to give at his mosque in ‘Unayzah. This is an adequate commentary on significant summaries about the Noble Qur’an and brief information on Tafsīr and the like.
