This book comprises a commentary on "Al-Qawā‘id al-Fiqhiyyah" by Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali (d. 795 AH), a book that presents the rules and compiles the meanings in a good and unique way. It established rules upon which the branches of Fiqh were built. The commentary was given during the lessons that the Shaykh (may Allah have mercy upon him) delivered as part of the summer holiday courses at his mosque in ‘Unayzah. The last commentary was in the summer course of 1415 AH, in which he stopped within the last chapter, at the seventh benefit. However, the audio-recorded commentary did not address all the rules mentioned in the author’s book.
