This book is a commentary on the Hadīths reported in the book "Mishkāt al-Masābīh" by the Shaykh and Hadīth scholar Al-Khatīb al-Tabrīzī (d. 741 AH). The commentary on this book was first audio- recorded in 1419 AH as part of the daily short speeches the Shaykh would give after the ‘Asr prayer at his mosque in ‘Unayzah. Of this, the Hadīths from the beginning of the book till the section on the rituals (chapter on what a person in the state of Ihrām should avoid), Hadīth no. (2689), were audio recorded. The audio-recorded commentary does not include all the Hadīths in the book. The Shaykh explained the Hadīths in this book and mentioned the lessons to be derived therefrom in a clear and brief manner, and this is of importance to Muslims in terms of their worship.
